Baby Wipe Technique!

 I love this technique as you all know!  These colors make it look amazing!! 

Colors:  baja breeze, pacific point, kiwi kiss

I think this picture is a little better?!?  I used my photo corner punch and that is about it for this one.  How quick and easy!  Have a great night!

Tangerine Tango!

  Happy Friday!  And a belated Happy Thanksgiving to all of you celebrating in the states!  My hubby left this morning with the 2 youngest boys to visit his mom just outside of Jamestown NY.  So this weekend it is myself and the 2 oldest children!  This could be interesting.  Although I was totally pulling for him to take them all!!  I would have been bored.  Just so you all know, I asked my hunny for a new camera for Christmas!!  Won't that be nice Erin??  I know we all have noticed how crappy my pictures can be some days, I really don't think it is all me!!  Onto today's card.

As unusual these Christmas colors are, I LOVE them!!  You all have probably noticed!  I used, once again the 2 Cool Dudes stamp set.  I also used some of the dsp from the Frosty Day pack in the Holiday Mini catalogue.  Don't you love the stripes??  I created the tag version by cutting the chocolate chip cardstock to the size I wanted and used the Tag Corner punch.  I used the 1-3/8" and 1-1/4" square punches for the rest.  The snowman on the tag is actually the tag stamp in the set, I just used the square punch instead to meet my needs!!  Notice the staple!!  Not something I use often but it went with the feel of this card nicely.

Big Shot Moment!

  Good Thursday all!  Here is another project done with the Big Shot!  This time I used the scallop envelope die. 

Colors:  very vanilla, riding hood red, chocolate chip

I also used a 1/2 pearl from the Pretties Kit, a gold brad, star punch, 1-3/4" circle punch, candy cane striped ribbon,   vanilla craft ink.  The greeting of this card is actually tucked into the envelope on the front.  I used as well the 2 Cool Dudes stamp set!  Enjoy!

Fun & Quick Card!

  As the title states, fun & quick!!  For those of you wondering what you were missing at the set sampler classes, this is one of the samples!! 

Colors:  Real Red, Bashful Blue, kiwi kiss, kraft

I love this way these colors worked together!  I stamped the snowflake in red craft ink and embossed with iridescent ice emboss.  I used some designer paper from the hostess Level 1 pack and from the Summer Picnic paper.  I used a circle ice rhinestone brad on the corner, you can't see it very well-sorry.  I also roughed the edges of the kiwi kiss.  Enjoy!

Sweet Dudes Box!

  Here is a great box!  I have used this pattern before!  Very easy and versatile.  E-mail me if you would like some box dimensions! 

Colors:  tangerine tango, kiwi kiss-textured, chocolate chip, bashful blue

The first thing I did was emboss on the box part.  I used iridescent ice emboss(it's in one of the bundles!), versamark and the snowflake from the 2 Cool Dudes stamp set.  Next pic shows it better!  I used some of the designer paper from Frosty Day along with some chocolate chip(ripped) cardstock.  I used my 3/4" circle punch to make the handle and tied with tangerine striped grosgrain.  I straight stamped the snowman and snow flake used some chocolate chip 1/4" grosgrain and a couple of bashful blue brads.

More Cool Dudes!

  I really hope these are clearer than they look here!  Maybe I should go back to scanning!!!  Well, I just have to say what a fun day I had!  And a big thanks to everyone at the Roger's Cable 13 channel for having me on!  I ended up with 3 out of 4 kids with me today, and I believe they behaved fairly well.  Owen of course had 2 muffins and a nanaimo bar, whatever it takes right??  On to one of today's projects.  I swear it looked clear in the camera, maybe I should get new glasses, haha!!  Ok!  I had a closer up picture but....  that was taking forever, I'll try tomorrow at work where we have high speed!

Colors:  not quite navy, kiwi kiss, bashful blue

The polka dot seen here is that mystery stamp that I still haven't figured where it came from yet!  I stamped that on my whisper white in kiwi and bashful blue.  Then using the snowflake from 2 Cool Dudes I embossed using versamark and iridescent ice powder!  I wrapped that with the kiwi striped ribbon, tore my bashful blue and on the not quite navy background I stamped my greeting in white stazon ink!  Enjoy!

12x12 Scrapbook Page & Exciting News!

  Happy Monday Everyone!!  Well, I know it's Monday!  I will tell all about this page and then my exciting news.

Colors:  chocolate chip, regal rose, pink pirouette, pumpkin pie

This is a page I put together for a contest, didn't win :(, but that's OK!  I used the sweet always designer series paper along with the Big Shot machine!  My coluzzle circle cutter was used for the circles and the Big shot was used for the title and the scallop circle.  I used my paper piercer around the circles. 

Now for the excititng news!  I found the disc for the camera port!!!  Finally!  It was in a spot I had looked a few times for it, so apparently it was invisible for awhile, hehe!!  That takes such a load off my shoulders!  Although I really forgot how long it takes to upload a picture on dial up!  WOW!!  But at least I am back!

Exciting news #2!!  I know I am full of it today!  By "it" I mean great news.  I received a short notice call to be on our local cable show LIVE!  Tomorrow!!  Holy cow, is sort of what I said while agreeing to be on.  We are talking about the Women's Shelter fundraiser that I am doing.  Card packs are still available for $10 each.  Contact me today to get yours!  So for those of you in St. Thomas and surrounding area tune in tomorrow morning at 11am and you too can see me shaking in my boots!  Should have some more scrapbooking goodies for you later.  Until then!
